Roots Has Roots!

Summer can mean a few different things. Long days on the river, big hikes in the mountains and for Roots Kitchen & Cannery it also means farmer’s market season. We began our summer market tour back in 2013 in Jackson, Wyoming, when head canner Patrick Burr released Sour Plum and Sage Jam. Our most versatile jam has been around since the beginning and we’re super excited to be bringing it back again this year!

A lot has changed over the years, including our farmer’s market locations. This year you can find us every Saturday from 9am - 12pm at the Gallatin Valley Farmer’s Market. Make sure you say hi to Autumn who runs our table. She loves sharing her canning experiences with new customers!

Autumn’s favorite jam is the Peach Cardamom. “I love slathering it on a toasted sourdough english muffin and topping it off with softened brie.”

See You At The Market!

And Don’t Forget About Our Pickles:

Dill Pickles, Sweet Beet & Garlic and Curried Carrots are local favorites.

Can’t make it to the market?
